about rumblefield:
Does it move you?
Does it make you feel something? Cool.

Ed Arnold has been making noise for a long time. A native New Yorker, he spent over two decades performing, recording and writing music while based in the Boston area. Ed has played drums for some great artists: Sam Bigelow, Groovechild, Chris McDermott, Sarah Borges and the Broken Singles, Eric “Roscoe” Ambel, Little Joe Cook and the Thrillers, as well as jazz legend Hank Jones.
Fast forward through a few years of sonic exploration in the solitude of the Maine woods, and boom…Rumblefield was born. Pole vaulting from early foundations of rock rawness, big band blare and spacious melodies, Rumblefield incorporates elements of trap and hiphop production to experiment with vital questions of what moves the body and the soul. Whether the work calls for beatmaking, composing for ads and digital media, songwriting, or production: Rumblefield exists to help artists turn sonic ideas into soul-stirring reality.
